We at Purple Lamp are looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our family
Ever wanted to be a part of a company that creates million seller hit games like SpongeBob Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated? Purple Lamp is looking for a Junior IT Administrator who loves video games and wants to work with the people creating them!
Your tasks
- Supporting our game developers in their daily work – artists, designers, programmers and QA
- Installation and configuration of hardware
- Installation and configuration of software (Windows 10, Windows Server, Linux)
- Support and operation of the virtual infrastructure and servers with Windows and Linux
- Network administration
- Installation and maintenance of special software (Autodesk, Adobe)
- License management
- Administration and reconfiguration of network users
- Documentation creation
Your profile
- 2+ years working in a system administration position
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Good Linux knowledge
- Good TCP/IP knowledge
- High independence, resilience and sense of responsibility
- Drive to implement new tools and processes
- Very good English and German skills
Ideally…
- Experience with configuration and administration of:
- Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Google Workspace
- pfSense

Austrian work law binds us to indicate the legal minimum wage for each advertised position. For the position, it would be gross EUR 2.051,– per month, 14 salaries per year (IT Kollektivvertrag/ AT Einstieg). The effective salary depends on qualification and experience and may be significantly higher.
